We provide professional cleaning services as outlined in your booking or quote. Any additional services requested may incur extra charges.
Bookings can be made online or by phone. We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide safe and reasonable access to the property. If we are unable to access the property, a call-out fee may apply.
Payment is due on completion of the service unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash, credit card, or bank transfer. Late payments may incur additional charges.
We take great care in our work. However, we are not liable for pre-existing damage or wear. We are fully insured for public liability.
In the event of unsafe weather (e.g. storms, high winds), we may need to reschedule outdoor services for safety reasons.
If you are not satisfied with the service, please notify us within 24 hours, and we will address the issue as soon as possible.
